  1. Population and dissenters: There are about twenty five Families. No dissenter of any denomination.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no publick or Charity School.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Almshouse Hospital, or other Charitable endowment either for ye Repair of the Church, or other Pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside personally upon this Cure, but on the Vicarage of Sth Petherwin in Cornwall.

  5. Curate: I have a Licensed Curate Francis Waltars. His allowance is £30 yearly & ye Surplice fees. He doth not live in ye Parsonage house, it not being as yet sufficiently repair’d. I found ye whole parsonage so much in Ruins, & ye Income of it is so small, after necessary outgoings are paid, that altho I have expended every peny I have receiv’d, I have not been able to finish ye necessary reparations.

  6. Divine service at other churches: The Curate doth not.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice every Sunday, & a Sermon always in the Morning.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four times.

  9. Number of communicants: There are computed about seventy communicants. About twenty communicated last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children are Catechized in the Church on Sunday afternoons in ye Summer. The Parishioners teach their Children & servants ye Catechism at home, which they rehearse in ye Church.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: None.
